We reserve the right to change prices without giving prior notice.

When using cycle scheme no other offer may be used, delivery is £50 on all cycle scheme orders.

We reserve the right to remove products from and add products to our website without giving prior notice.

We will not be held liable for any product becoming obsolete or discontinued.

The images on this website are for illustration only. Colours and product specifications may be changed. In the event of this, we will endeavor to inform the customer but this may not always be possible. If you wish to return the item under the distance selling rules you are responsible for the shipping

Products are subject to availability.

Many products will be delivered flat packed and will require some assembly. We set the bike up and PDI them before shipping but to enable us to ship them we will sometimes have to remove items or turn components to fit in the box.

eBike Shed cannot offer any medical advice and we advise our customers to consult their doctor before undertaking any form of physical exercise. We also strongly advise that the product manual is read and that the user is familiar with the instructions prior to using the equipment.

Please note, bikes require regular adjustments. Please ensure you check the bike for any loose or damaged components before every use and that you maintain all parts to the manufacturers guide lines.

Warranties

Warranties vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. The warranty provided is listed against each product. We would advise the customer to check with the sales team for details of individual warranties. The warranty is with the manufacturer and eBike Shed offer no warranty with any product as this is supplied by the manufacturer. This does not affect your statutory rights.  Please note that if you wish to make a claim on the warranty that all communcation must go through eBike Shed and all decisions on the warranty are to be made by us not the manufacturer.

All bikes require a 6 week check this is very important for safety and to maintain your warranty, if this is not done then we may void the warranty. The 6 week check is free if returned to us 3 months after purchase.

if the fault casue is not a due to a manufacturer and is therefore not covered by warranty we reservice the right to charge for the inspection time and cost to fix the faults this is payble by the customer

the warranty only applies to orginal purchaser 

please be aware the bike is made up of muiltple parts from different manufactorers and which part has different service levels and intervials and maintance rules. if these are not carried out it will void your warranty on this part.

Free build and set up

We offer a free build and set up service on most of our bikes, this means we unbox the item check the bike is undamaged build the bike and set up gears and brakes. on some models we will then have to ship the bike we may need to remove the front wheel, mudguards and light and turn the handlebars. If you are unsure how to refit the items please call us. Brakes and gears will not work until the bike handlebars are correctly fitted we advise you test the brakes and gears before use. if you choose to retrurn a bike to us under distance selling or canceled order we wil charge £45 for this service as it non refundable

Cancellation

If you wish to return an unwanted item to us you must return the item using your own shipping company and you must send in writing that you wish to return the item within 7 days of receipt of the product. We cannot accept returns on items purchased instore or where customer have had custom parts fitted to the bike.

we will also charge you for the orginal Set of up the bike as this is non refundable service cost £45

Customers may cancel their order at any time. However the customer is liable for any costs incurred by eBike Shed in relation to that order including delivery.

If a customer refuses delivery or cancels the item before receiving we will charge £50 posting and packing plus £15 return charges.

delivery charges and service

inspire and ebikeshed will always try to delivery on your prefered day of shipping however, this is not alway possible. the maxium time after the choosen day of shipping should be no more than 4 working days. we cannot accept any claims for lost time for failed deliveries.

when your delivery is made it is very important to check the box for any damage, if any damage to box you must sign for the item as damaged. any damage or missing items MUST be reported within 20 hours of delivery time

Refused delivery - we will charge £50 posting and packing plus £15 return charges. plus any cost of build and set up

Returns Policy – Unwanted Products

If you wish to return an unwanted item to eBike Shed you must return the item using your own shipping company. You must send written notification, which is dated and signed by the person who purchased the product, within 7 days of receipt of delivery outlining the reason for return. It is also useful to enclose a copy of the invoice. We advise that you send your intention to return by recorded delivery as post can get lost (email not accepted as we require a signature). Please do not return the product to us until we have authorised the return.

We cannot accept returns on item purchased instore or where customers have had custom parts fitted to the bike.

We know that when shopping on-line it can be difficult to visualise exactly what a product looks like or how big or small it really is. That’s why we always welcome phone calls from our customers to ask our advice about the product that they want to purchase – we can often give a better insight into whether or not it will be suitable.

However, there will be occasions when a customer makes a purchase and finds that it’s not quite what they expected when it is delivered. For this reason we have a clear 10 days return policy for your piece of mind. Please read the following carefully and call us if you’re unclear about any point.

All returns must be authorised by eBike Shed. Please call us if you want to return an unwanted item.

We advise that you open all packages with care and that you retain the packaging in case the goods need to be returned.

All products must be returned in their original packaging. Returns will not be accepted in any other packaging.

If the packaging has not been opened then you are entitled to a full refund, less the cost of our original shipping.

If you have opened the packaging but not built the product then you are entitled to a 75% refund less the cost of our original shipping.

If you have built the product before re-packaging then you are entitled to a 50% refund less the cost of our original shipping.

You are also responsible for arranging the return to our Staffordshire warehouse at your own cost. We advise that you use a timed delivery as all shippments must be booked in "signed for” delivery since it is your responsibility to ensure that the product reaches our warehouse in conditon and not damaged or missing any items .

Refunds will be given after we have received the product in our warehouse and have inspected the returned item.

Returns Policy – Faulty Products

A small number of products are faulty when they are delivered. You must advise us of any faults within 7 days of taking receipt of the product. If the product can be repaired under warranty we will advise you to contact us (do not contact the manufacturer). If the product cannot be repaired, then you are entitled to a replacement product or if a replacement cannot be found refund.

Damaged goods on arrival. Please ensure that you check the item over before signing for the goods, if there is any damage please sign as damaged. If the item is signed as not damaged we cannot be held resonable for the damage as this may be caused by unboxing or use. Once the item is signed for as damaged please contact us within 24 hours to report the damage.

If purchasing through paypal or credit card please note that our terms and conditions apply to you directly and any damage or missing items will be charged to the person named on the order. If the item is not packaged correctly or is damaged in transport we will hold the named person on invoice/order responsible and all amounts will be invoiced to this person. The named person on the order agrees to be liable for any and all damage.

By signing these terms you agree that the named person on the order agrees to the terms and conditions.
